Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Digital Dots Technologies, we primarily offer online services, such as website development, digital marketing, Google Ads management, and technical support. These services are customized, digital in nature, and delivered remotely.
In such cases, terms like "shipped" and "received" refer to the digital delivery of service credentials, project handover, or confirmation of service completion sent electronically to the client. We do not ship physical goods in most cases, and as such, the concept of a "return" generally refers to project revisions or refunds under the terms outlined in this policy and/or individual service agreements.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the personalized and non-tangible nature of our work, the following services are non-refundable once they have begun or been delivered:
Website development and design services (after project kickoff or delivery of any portion of work)
Digital marketing and SEO services (once campaign setup, strategy, or execution has begun)
Google Ads services (once ads are created or ad spend is initiated)
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:
The service has not started and no work has been delivered
There is a verifiable issue with the service that is the fault of our team
You are billed incorrectly or charged in error
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase or service start date to info@digitaldotstechnologies.com. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed based on project progress, time invested, and value delivered.
Service Cancellations
You may cancel an ongoing service (such as a monthly digital marketing or ad management package) by providing notice at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellations are not retroactive and do not result in a refund for services already rendered or campaigns already launched.
Billing Disputes and Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us promptly at info@digitaldotstechnologies.com. We will investigate and correct any verified issues within a reasonable timeframe.
No Physical Returns
Since we do not sell or ship physical products, traditional returns or physical exchanges do not apply. Any project-related dissatisfaction will be handled through revisions, corrections, or refund evaluation as per your service agreement.
